At Bhakti Connect, we value your trust and strive to offer a smooth experience while booking spiritual services through our platform. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and flexible, keeping in mind the nature of our services.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made at least 1–2 days before the scheduled puja or service date.
- If the pandit has already been assigned or preparations have started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the scheduled time) are not eligible for refunds, as pandits may have blocked their schedule and resources may already be allocated.
- In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we will review the request and may offer a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided only if the service was canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- If a pandit is unable to attend the scheduled puja due to any unforeseen issue from our side, we will:
- Provide a full refund, or
- Offer a reschedule at no additional cost, based on your preference.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
⚠️ Quality Concerns or Service Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the service provided (e.g., the pandit did not follow agreed rituals, was late, etc.), please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of the service.
We will investigate the matter, and based on our findings, we may offer a partial refund or discount on future bookings.
